Although the architecture of the building is modern in style, the colours and materials of the façade refer to the existing buildings, which fits in perfectly with the context of the location. Each flat will have its own loggia, and the apartments on the two top floors will have private terraces. The design is distinguished by its simple form, the quality of the finishing materials and attention to architectural details. The building will blend harmoniously into its surroundings, emphasising the old trees in front of it. The construction at 6a Przasnyska Street will be carried out in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. As part of the eco-friendly solutions, the installation of photovoltaic panels is planned. The building was designed by the SAAW studio.
