Sady Żoliborz II

Sady Żoliborz II is a continuation of the project being developed at the intersection of Anny German and Krasińskiego Streets with a view to people looking for high standards, comfort and modern solutions in a simple and elegant architectural setting. The spatial arrangement of the entire investment will be created by three buildings interwoven with greenery.

The area of the estate borders on the planned public park, where the narrow-gauge railway that served the former industrial plants once ran. In addition, the first stage of Skwer Krasińskiego - a new, green place on the map of Żoliborz - was built in the immediate vicinity. The investment's location thus ensures excellent communication on the one hand, and on the other it is surrounded by greenery, which acts as a natural buffer and creates an enclave for residents.

The second stage will involve the construction of an intimate, 5-storey building characterised by a body broken at different angles, which will contain 66 flats with varied layouts and floor areas ranging from 38 to 127 m².

The building is planned to include an underground garage with storerooms, a bicycle and single-track boxes, as well as two commercial premises. A number of ecological solutions are also planned, such as photovoltaic panels, rainwater retention and bird and insect boxes.
