The building has an L-shaped ground plan with its longer side situated along ul. Pereca, and a shorter one along the inner road. The building has a clearly separated ground floor with large glazing and a canopy over the pedestrian passage surrounding the building. Levels II to XI were also distinguished and their horizontal divisions were accentuated. The top three floors, which have a smaller area than the lower floors, have been distinguished by their reduction and colouring.
