Kameralny Prokocim 2 is the second project being developed by Matexi in the area. It is a 10-story building located on a plot of land at the intersection of Facimiech and Polonijna Streets in the vicinity of existing single- and multi-family buildings. The Drwinka River Park is located right next door.

The project will prepare 49 two-, three- and four-room apartments with floor areas ranging from 38 m2 to 92 m2. Entrance to the property will be secured by a barrier. Residents will have at their disposal a two-story underground parking garage with parking spaces provided for each apartment.
