Sady Żoliborz is a new Matexi project under construction at the intersection of Anny German and Krasińskiego Streets, and has been designed for those looking for high standards, convenience and modern solutions in a simple and elegant architectural setting.
The spatial layout of the two-stage development will be created by three residential buildings interspersed with internal courtyards. The design of the first phase involves the construction of two multi-family buildings with heights ranging from 5 to 8 storeys for a total of 112 units with varying floor areas, with a 2-level underground car park for 134 parking spaces and 4 commercial units in the ground floors of the buildings. The flats will include one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom flats, and most of the ground floor flats will have associated private gardens. In the project prepared by the LATERGRUPA architecture studio, we have planned a large green terrace on the fifth floor of one of the buildings. This space will be open to the public.
Żoliborz is undoubtedly a district with an artistic soul, which is reflected not only in the street names but also in the numerous murals and other architectural accents. In keeping with this trend, we prepared an external decorative form on one of the facades.
